As a Sales Operations Specialist your role is part of a dedicated EMEA sales operations team who work to deliver and improve commercial operations,  services & support to our customers and the commercial teams.

Thus enabling a better customer experience, more effective sales process and faster profitable growth within the business.

In this role, you will deliver, continuously improve and standardise effective support to sales and customers that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Sales Growth activity

General:

Managing customers questions / requests / enquiries

Ad Hoc customer project support

Tailoring customer presentations

Exhibition and event support and logistics

Coordination of datasheets and literature requests to sales

End User:

Tender submission support - non-commercial   elements

Customer contract co-ordination / calendar / storage

Support customer resolutions

Distributors:

Supply and input (customer portals) mass product information requests for customer catalogues and web sites

Support Distributor event management

Support contract management

Support commercial operations

Coordinate and issue customer and internal commercial communications (operations e.g. T&C, legal, pricing)

Provide commercial meeting support

Provide co-ordination support for commercial programmes

Provide support on translation of commercial materials

Support master data changes for Customers

Purchase order support for sales

Support Ad hoc administration requests from sales

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English (B2) and German (C1) are essential.

Sales or marketing experience is preferred, but not required.

IT literacy, including thorough knowledge of all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), is essential. Experience with Salesforce is nice to have.

Strong customer relationship management skills and a proactive/can-do attitude are required.

Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate should have strong administration and analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
