Your Opportunity
An opportunity has become available to join our team on a 12-month Parental Leave contract as a Sales Operations Specialist – Quote & Orders. In this role, you are responsible in supporting the business by securing timely completion of quotes and orders. You will support a team of Account Managers to deliver on customer expectations by generating high-quality customer facing documentation and ensuring that sales are secured in alignment with established policies and procedures.
This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane.
Your Responsibilities
Working and coordinating with other team members to create high-quality customer facing proposalsBooking of orders in alignment with company policyLeveraging your expertise of Philips policies, procedures, and tools to support the Sales teamsSecures timely development of all customer facing documents for submissionIdentifying improvements & best practices, and support in developing improvements.You’re the right fit if:
Ideally, you will have experience working in either a bid management or clinical/engineering position and confident in bid/tender proposals creation.Experience using SAP would be highly regarded.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise mannerYou are very comfortable working to strict deadlines and have exceptionally detailed oriented and organised.Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, engineering or a relevant healthcare field.You will also have a proactive attitude, be able to work both independently and within a teamAbout Philips
