At the Operating Unit AH Nordics, steered out of Copenhagen, we are dedicated to deliver health to animals in Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As our Sales Operations Student Assistant for Animal Health Nordics, you will support our sales team by maintaining and optimizing our CRM system. Your role will ensure data integrity, streamline CRM processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our sales operations. You will work closely with various teams, providing insights through data exports, reporting, and automation initiatives.
This position offers hands-on experience in CRM management and sales operations within a global company. If you are detail-oriented and analytical, this role will allow you to develop key skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• CRM Administration: Monitor and respond to daily requests in our salesforce inbox, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of our CRM data.
• Data Integrity & User Management: Ensure accuracy of CRM data, keep users and sales territories up to date, and support necessary updates.
• Data Exports & Reporting: Provide ad-hoc exports from our CRM system, including account and interaction data, to support various stakeholders in the organization.
• Sales Efficiency Reporting: Support report creation by collaborating with our Power BI team to develop dashboards.
• Automation Exploration: Investigate automation opportunities to improve CRM processes and reporting efficiency.
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
We imagine you are currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, economics, IT, engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you:
• Have an interest in data management and sales operations
• Are detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in problem-solving
• Have experience with Excel
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and data-driven environment
• Fluent in English
