Team Summary
The Sales Operations Supervisor will lead and manage a team supporting GAF's Retail Customers. This role will provide their team with instruction and mentoring to help achieve department and sales goals. This position is based in our corporate office in Parsippany, NJ and will be on a hybrid 3:2 in office schedule.

Job Summary
The Sales Operations Supervisor will manage a team supporting GAF's Retail Sales Functions. This role will provide their team with instruction and mentoring to help achieve department and sales goals. The supervisor will work closely with the Manager to ensure that the workload is properly prioritized.

Essential Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Retail Operations Specialist, who is responsible for monitoring GAF’s compliance with our Retail Partners performance KPIs, fixing business processes causing low compliance and disputing fines.Manage day-to-day operations of the Associate Retail Sales Analyst, who provides reporting, dashboards, pricing analysis and ad-hoc analysis.Manage the day to day operations of the Assoc. Retail Operations Specialists who are responsible for pricing, SKU setup and maintenance, customer issue resolution, etc.Manage the day to day operations of the Assoc. Retail Deduction Specialist who disputes chargebacks, research discrepancies, improves processes, creates dispute packages for the merchant, etc.Meet regularly with the Retail Operations Manager to align on priorities and ensure needs are being metPrioritize team workload to ensure that requests are being handled timely and accuratelyManage projects so that they are completed correctly and on-time providing direction to the team when neededLead regular meetings to report out key business metrics to stakeholdersMaintain expert level knowledge of retailer systems and processesSupport GAF’s E-commerce initiatives (homedepot.com, lowes.com, direct sales)Identify opportunities for new products to be added to the offeringWork cross functionally to ensure that all materials are included on-lineWork cross functionally with partners in supply chain, marketing, IT, finance, purchasing, customer service to holistically address business issuesHave regular check-ins with the teamTrain and coach direct reports ensuring that the team is properly cross trainedConduct mid-year and year-end performance reviewsTravel: possibly 5% per year


Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree5+ years of related work experience (preferably including vendor management, budgeting and cross functional collaboration) Required
