Job Summary

The Sales Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales support team, ensuring that they provide exception service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves coordinating sales processes, meeting sales leadership expectations, facilitate clear communication to all departments. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations and managing the teams metrics.

This role will be onsite 5 days a week beginning June 2nd, 2025.

This role will be onsite 5 days a week beginning June 2nd, 2025.

Supervise and mentor sales support staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their performance.Oversee the sales support processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in pricing and reporting.Track and analyze team performance metrics, preparing reports for management and identifying areas for improvement.Work closely with the sales teams to align strategies and support initiatives that drive revenue growth.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members to keep them updated on products, services, and processes.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and support requests in the CRM system.Enhance and streamline processes for efficiency.Identify larger opportunities for improvement and work with cross functional groups to implement changes

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field

Experience: Proven experience in sales support or customer service role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Licenses/Certifications: NA

 Sales experience preferred

Compensation Range:

$72,380.00-90,474.50 USD
