About The Job

Brightly Software is seeking a specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in the role of Sales Operations Technical Specialist to support a global Sales team to deliver business objectives. The role will involve driving sales training efforts, particularly disseminating go-to-market operational changes, and managing our processes and documentation across all tools and systems.  

As the Sales Operations Technical Specialist, you will be an important partner to go-to-market Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations stakeholders aligning on priorities and seeing those initiatives to completion. This role will not be expected to be an expert in sales methodologies or products; however, will coordinate resources and distribute information to our global Sales team and distribute information in the form of programs and easy-to-digest documentation.  



What You’ll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities will include ownership developing, delivering, and maintaining Sales and technical training programs, providing feedback on collateral and resources, and measuring the impact of enablement efforts through key performance metrics. Key areas of impact will include process improvements, creation & maintenance of internal documentation, subject matter expertise in Sales processes & future optimizations & spearheading mass database updates & cleanliness as needed. This role will be required to use metrics to drive decision-making and report on results.  

Serve as a partner to Sales Operations, Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to intimately understand gaps and opportunities within their teams for improvement.  Plan and execute Sales Operations training across all geographies.  Capture and clearly communicate go-to-market teams process, procedure & technical changes that impact day to day productivity.  Creation and maintenance of all enablement materials including internal documentation and ownership of Sales Operations SharePoint.  Onboarding trainings for Sales teams across all geographies including team meetings, live session, and open office hours.  Liaison between Sales Enablement and Onboarding for Sales Operations. Subject matter expert for all Sales Operations processes, technology stack & change management across all geographies.  Technical expert in data management including ability to mass update & clean current CRM database while understanding the dependencies & downstream impacts.  


What You Need:

4+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related experience required.  4+ years of experience using or administering Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus.ai, or other Sales engagement tools.  Strong organizational skills including coordination in cross-functional environment.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Experience in content creation, maintenance, flow charts, or other related process documentation.  Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities while working independently.  Experience working within a high-growth, technology company. Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly. Motivated self-starter, proactive and action oriented. Strong problem solving and collaboration skills. Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks.

The pay range for this position is $52,990 - $90,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
