At Deltek, pricing is more than just numbers—it's a strategic cornerstone of our sales cycle. As part of our evolving Pricing Team, you’ll dive into competitive positioning, assess customer willingness to pay, and leverage insights on product value to craft dynamic pricing solutions that drive profitability. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and executive leadership, playing a key role in shaping and executing pricing strategies for both Perpetual and SaaS-licensed products.
What You’ll Do
+ Shape Profitability: Develop and manage pricing models that reflect market trends, competitive insights, and customer value perception.
+ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the go-to liaison between Sales and Finance, ensuring smooth pricing requests and inquiries across a global organization.
+ Lead Strategic Discussions: Partner with executives to guide decisions on pricing, promotions, and discounting for new and existing offerings.
+ Streamline Processes: Analyze promotion usage and optimize quote-to-order workflows, supporting our global Sales team with high-volume transactions.
+ Drive Transformation: Contribute to our shift from transactional pricing to strategic revenue management, becoming a vital player in Deltek’s continued growth.

Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:
+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Business Information Systems preferred
+ Relevant Experience: 1-3 years in Sales, Operations, Sales Support, Finance, Pricing, or similar analyst roles, preferably in software or telecommunications; B2B experience is a plus
+ Technical Skills:
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas and data manipulation)
+ Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
+ Communication & Collaboration:
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate quantitative insights for non-technical audiences, such as Sales or senior management
+ Demonstrated success working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
+ Organization & Efficiency:
+ Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring timely and accurate pricing support
+ Customer & Renewals Focus:
+ Experience or interest in supporting existing customers through renewals, including knowledge of subscription-based models
+ Ability to collaborate closely with Sales and Finance to maintain seamless pricing operations for ongoing customer relationships

This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
