Title: Sales Ops Analyst
Grade: 8
Location: Belgrade
Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with a small team to provide support to the Hospitality Enterprise Sales Team. The candidate will need to have advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills. The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for the essential functions below, having primary responsibilities for a subset of these and assisting the team/peers with others through sales peaks and projects. Over the course of time, the individual will be expected to rotate through all of these areas, thus learning the broad set of fulfillment processes and growing/contributing to the larger team. For example, he/she may initial be primarily focused on territory entry, then after a period of time and once mastered, shift to quota management support. This approach provides a great learning and growth path for the candidate to learn all aspects of the business, while simultaneously contributing to a team that relies heavily on each other with the ability to cover multiple duties and needs.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTIES
Creating and revising complex sales quotas and territories
Maintain data within Anaplan and SalesForce
Effectively manages Territory Mapping, Quotas and Funnel data
Efficiently responds to requests for territory set up and compensation inquiries
Producing reports to assist sales and others as needed
Assist in completing SalesForce dashboards
Projects as required
Basic Qualifications:
Language Skills: English Language proficiency is a must
Advanced Excel skills is a must
Demonstrated history of strong performance
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
