Overview This person contributes to PepsiCo Foodservice success by developing, executing, refining, and measuring programs that drive Volume, Distribution, and Revenue for our organization, in the areas of acquisition, loyalty, point of sale and beverage agreements. Responsibilities Provide Period reporting on Agreement and Pepsi Rewards+Plus (PRP) Status by Division/Market/Location, Channel, and Sales Method PRP ROI and customer performance analysis Partner with finance to maximize program budgets and plan for field accruals/charge outs Annual POS Direct RFP and ongoing Cost and ROI Analysis Resolve Outstanding Issues relative to Beverage Agreements – Change of Ownership, Signature Not Recognized, etc. Leverage Customer Retention Team to Activate Pepsi Rewards+Plus in customers with Agreements but not enrolled in loyalty program Design and author educational program materials to enable frontline & field employees to effectively sell and execute the program Perform information analysis to identify trends and patterns of data Maintains an on-going awareness of customer, segment, and industry trends by reviewing professional literature and wiring with headquarters and field-based business partners Benchmark Competitive Data relative to Beverage Agreements and Loyalty programs Develop and maintain on-going communication with key headquarters and /field-based business partners to define goals and strategies of Agreements Partner with Sector/ Division Teams & Channel Drs/Mgrs to Ensure all signed FS Beverage Agreements are captured and loaded in Customer Relationship Management Application (Siebel) Partner with IT to Build Brand Sets & Auto Recurring Selling Initiatives to ensure Sales Compliance against required Brands/Packages Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
