Job Summary
You will work as part of the EATech SOM team to fully support AFAG-Oracle project.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Sales Order Review including: pricing, commission, commercial and technical issues according to established guidelines. Order Entry to ERP system in time. Confirm the delivery date with Factory and interco supplier, communicate and update the delivery date to customer and sales promptly. Supporting Finance to do the credit and payment check with customers. Ensure all sales transactions align with trade compliance and checkpoint requirements. Function as business gate keeper and provide guidance to SOM staff when needed. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager Who You Are: You build and delivered solutions that meet customer expectations. You act with a clear sense of ownership. You bounce back from setbacks. For This Role, You Will Need: College graduate or above 1 year experience in order administration or material management in multinational company Good command of English (CET-4 or above) and PC (Microsoft Office, ERP experience is preferred). Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China Good communications and negotiation skill.
