City Wide is seeking a Sales Partner possessing dynamic leadership and sales skills to join our successful team! The Sales Partner provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure City Wide Facility Solutions achieves its sales goals. The right candidate will develop a strong team of qualified sales individuals who will ensure the achievement of business goals and results. The Sales Partner is also responsible for adhering to budgetary guidelines, tracking data and metrics, strategic planning and building a positive team culture. Owner equity partnership requirements will be part of the selection process.

Responsibilities:

Oversee City Wide Facility Solutions’ daily operations and sales department Implement City Wide Facility Solutions’ business strategies, plans and procedures to achieve its annual sales growth and staffing levels. Maintain and manage the City Wide Facility Solutions budget and forecast. Analyze all financial reporting on a monthly basis and maximize shareholder return. Define and implement strategies to accelerate City Wide Facility Solutions’ growth – build and influence a sales team and strengthen a culture of operational excellence. Establish, implement, and enforce policies that promote City Wide Facility Solutions’ culture and vision. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and engagement in achieving our mission and vision. Enhance financial performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics for continued growth in new building and/or facility maintenance services. Lead a high-performance team – attract, recruit and retain workforce; make hiring/separation recommendations. Establish and monitor employee performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, and establish sales priorities. Assist in the protection of City Wide Facility Solutions by ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, policies and safety regulations. Periodic travel for training and national City Wide Facility Solutions convention. Other duties as necessary.
