Your place in the team
To develop and maintain SOHO-SME sales reporting and performance monitoring system in order the directorate can manage it’s sales channels, ie. increase efficiency, exploit opportunities, generate new business ideas/areas for development and improve performance management.
You will be involved in the following tasks
Regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses
•Build up SOHO-SME sales reporting system
•Analyse performance within the SOHO&SME sales organisation and its sales channels
•Make sales forecasts
•Collect requirements, do research and collect data
•Prepare and develop reports, dashboards, calculating and analyisis models
•Preparation and interpretation of charts, graphs, and tables reflecting monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance
•Evaluation of performance reports with improvement suggestions where needed
•Analysis and optimization of end-to-end sales operations
•Identification of weakness areas
•Assist in yearly budgeting process, ensure budget tracking
•Development and implementation of performance metrics
Communicate findings
•Communicate evaluations to organisation in written or oral reports
•Make and prepare presentations based on findings
Professional execution
•Maintenance of documentations for problem identification, definition and solving procedures
•Identify new sources of data and/or ways of interpreting the data
Provide internal support and segment related activities
•Representation of SOHO&SME Channel management inside the company
•Build and maintain daily working relationship with database, IT support and VBU Controlling functions
•Collect market information from SOHO&SME sales channels and communicate it towards the organisation (competition, client expectations, etc.)
•Prepare presentations for management
Took part in channel development projects
•Understand revenue streams, associated costs and business potentials of the assigned accounts and the alternative channels
•Project management in the field of reporting and analysis
We are looking for you if you have
•University or College degree
•Intermediate English language skills
•Min 3-year-experience in reporting or analyst function preferably in multinational business environment
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
•Proven experience of analytical and statistical techniques
•Problem-solving mindset
•Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new situations/challenges
•Abilityto think in systems, strong analytical skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Power BI knowledge is an advantage
