What you’ll do:

As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with other members of the business to identify opportunities and help shape strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to support decision-making around pricing, promotions, and sales performanceProvide regular reporting and analysis to senior management to inform business decisionsWork cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing and product, to identify and address issues impacting business performanceAd hoc account analysis to assist with preparation for quarterly business reviews.Perform daily tracking and insights of booking data for key accounts and segments.Assist with budgeting and forecasting processesConduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business needs

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field2-4 years of experience in a business analysis or finance roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insightsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and experience with financial modelingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Tableau is essential

Good-Faith Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
