Work you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant, you will work within an engagement team to design, implement, and optimize Sales Performance Management solutions to drive sales effectiveness and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help companies maximize the return for their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investmentWork with Sales and Operations leaders to deliver the best-in-class services for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting digital sales technology toolsOffer end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration supportAct in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleaguesResponsible for business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.Contribute to the internal development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruitingQualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of sales planning and/or sales compensation issues5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experienceExperience preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user storiesAt least 2+ years' experience designing and configuring solutions in Anaplan, Varicent, or SAP CommissionsAbility to travel at least 25% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 to $231,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
