Sales Planning Analyst

We are looking for a sales planning analyst to play a key role in influencing the planning of sales and markets. This role is an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development through engagement in a variety of assignments within a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:   
 

Conduct sales and market planning for vehicles in the North American market. 

Lead the Volume Planning process (5-year strategy) in collaboration with the Product Manager, for the benefit of Global Sales management.

Play a key role in Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) processes by generating forecast updates. Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of the plan.

Support annual financial reporting and provide periodic updates on volume forecasts to ensure sound financial governance.

Participate in the process of establishing sales goals to deliver on our commitments.

Develop, update and publish sales reports. Deepen specific analyses. Improve processes.

Prepare sales analyses for presentation to various governance committees. Build a relationship of trust with product management, production, distribution, promotions, marketing, finance and sales to ensure a coherent strategy. 

Work collaboratively to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:  
 

A bachelor's or master's degree in administration, economics, finance, business intelligence, or a related field.

Great attention to detail, a strong sense of logic, and excellent prioritization skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.

Strong technical skills, especially with Excel. Proficiency in analytical tools like SQL and Power BI would be considered an asset, but is not mandatory.

Bilingualism is required in both spoken and written French and English.
