**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ 영업 성과관리 Performance management
+ 월 영업 성과 업데이트 (Gross, Net)_제품별, 팀별
+ 영업 인센티브 관리 - 영업 인센티브 제도 제안 및 관리, 계산, accrual setting
+ 영업기회 관리 및 리드 리퍼럴 인센티브 계산
+ 주별 포캐스트 리포트
+ forecast report
+ SO 예산 업무 - FCST 대비 다음 해 예산 자료 요약 및 체크 업무, 예산 브릿지 구축
+ 영업팀별 영업 타켓 세팅, 이를 위한 미팅 구성, 영업 타겟을 제안하고, 제품, 딜러, 영업사원별 영업 타겟 세팅
+ S&OP 미팅 주관하며, FCST demand에 대해 분석
+ 핵심 제품을 세팅 (core products target setting)
+ 딜러 관리 - 딜러 거래 조건에 대한 제안, 딜러 계약 관리, 딜러 행사 준비 등
+ 딜러와 맺는 소개 수수료 계약 관리 Manage finder’s fee contract with dealer
+ 딜러 재고 분석 및 리포팅 Analysis & report dealer’s inventory
+ SFDC 관리(영업기회, 고객) : global project 참여 (globalization)
+ SFDC 주요 담당자로서 프로그램 관리 (Sales opportunity, customer profile)
+ 거래처 공문 관리 및 기타 요청 리포트 지원 Support requested ad hoc reports
+ 기타 - 영업 & 마케팅 사이클 미팅 준비하고 관련 비용 처리
+ 기타 SO expense 관리 및 Sales & MKT cycle 미팅 주관
+ 함께 일하는 부서들과 원활한 업무소통
+ 기타 발생하는 영업 관련 (sales operation) 임시 업무
• Sales Performance Management
• Monthly sales /sales Performance Updates (Gross, Net in KRW, USD version)_By Product, Team
• Sales Incentive Management - Proposing and managing sales incentive schemes, calculating, accrual setting
• Business Opportunity Management and Lead Refinery Incentive Calculation
• Week-by-week Focast Report
• forecast report
• SO budget tasks - Summarizing and checking budget data for next year compared to FCST, building budget bridges
• Budgeting – join budget meeting, summarize & check FY FCST and next year budget, establish budget bridge
• Set sales targets for each sales team, organize meetings, propose sales targets for each product, dealer, and salesperson
• Sales team target setting by arranging target meeting, simulation and proposing sales target,
and setting sales target by item, dealer and sales rep.
• Organize S&OP meetings and analysing /planning FCST demand
• Core products target setting
• Dealers management - suggestions on dealer terms, dealer contract management, dealer event preparation, etc
• Dealer Management for finder's fee contract with dealer
• Dealer Stock Analysis & Reporting Analysis & Report Dealer's inventory
• SFDC management (business opportunities, customer profile): global project participation (globalization)
• Support for managing customer documents and other request reports Support requested ad hoc reports
• Others - Prepare sales & marketing cycle meetings and handle related expenses
• Smooth work communication with departments you work with
• Provide reliable, consistent communication ensuring smooth hand-offs between departments and operating units
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:**
1. 3 to 7 years relevant experience
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Expertise with Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel)
4. intermediate level skill in written English in an international company
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to accomplish given responsibilities
6. Excellent customer service focus with good interpersonal skills
7. Self-starter by demonstrating initiative and commitment
8. Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
