The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, forecastings and planning activities to drive revenue growth and achieve internal sales targets in full compliance with competition law rules. This role requires a deep understanding of the consumer trends, market dynamics as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

What you will be doing?

Annual&monthly demand planning by channel, brand and SKUSIT ManagementDiscount budget management and analyses, align with commercial strategy in accordance with the competition law rulesMarket share, stock share, distribution & opportunity analyses in accordance with the competition law rulesInnovation brands forecasting & pipeline planningManaging all the field related processes in close communication with field teamsMentor and manage a team of sales analysts and planners, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to develop comprehensive sales plans that align with overall business goals.Lead the sales forecasting process by utilizing historical data, market insights, and demand drivers to generate accurate sales forecasts for different product categories and regions.Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and analyze deviations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.Develop and implement pricing strategies (in accordance with the competition law rules ) that optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management.

What we are looking forB.A. or B. Sc. degree or MBA5 years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or strategic planning within the FMCG industryExcellent command of English, High command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
