Sales Planning Manager
Setting up files for calculating commissions, promotions, etc.Preparing daily reports (daily sales, goal achievement, distribution, etc.).Preparing case reports (purchase behavior analysis reports, basket analysis, performance, etc.).Formulating and analyzing monthly goals.Preparing monthly production requests and monitoring their implementation.Weekly and monthly sales forecasts.Determining and preparing the product order point.Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes.

Cooperation Conditions:

Direct manager: Chief marketing and sales manager.Probation period: 3 months.Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.Travel requirements: limited.Benefits: periodical performance evaluation bonus, supplementary insurance, special packages, lunch, organizational loan, etc.

Requirements:

Proficient in analyzing and processing sales data, and distributing and evaluating data.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Proficient in Power BI.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
