Sales Product Specialist
Overview We are seeking a Senior Sales Product Specialist with a strong background in accounting industry solutions to join our Agile Sales Enablement Team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting workflows and be responsible for providing consultative sales expertise to accounting firms. As a core member of the Agile Sales Enablement Team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop and execute effective enablement initiatives that drive revenue growth. What you'll bring + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field + 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service working with accounting firms or similar industries + Strong knowledge of accounting workflows and accounting industry solutions + Experience working in an Agile Sales Enablement Team, or similar team + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills + Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams + Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines If you possess a passion for the accounting industry, a track record of driving sales success, and a desire to help accounting firms succeed, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as the Senior Sales Product Specialist (Accounting Industry) on our Agile Sales Enablement Team. How you will lead + Develop and maintain knowledge of accounting workflows and accounting industry solutions + Work closely with sales teams to identify pain points and challenges faced by accounting firms + Work as part of the Agile Sales Enablement Team to design, develop and execute effective sales enablement strategies in alignment with business goals + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure offering alignment with customer needs + Develop training materials, product collateral, and sales messaging that supports sales enablement initiatives + Continuously monitor and report on sales performance of accounting industry solutions, and identify improvement opportunities + Collaborate with sales and account management teams to drive customer success through effective use of accounting industry solutions EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
