RideNow Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling a wide range of powersports products. Responsibilities: + Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products based on their needs and preferences + Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiating prices, securing financing, and coordinating deliveries + Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction + Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings + Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas + Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond Requirements + Prior sales experience in a retail or customer service role + Knowledge of powersports products and a passion for the industry + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment + Goal-oriented and self-motivated + Familiarity with financing options and the ability to assist customers in securing financing + Valid driver's license and clean driving record + Availability to work weekends and evenings + High school diploma or equivalent Benefits What RumbleOn/Freedom Powersports Offers You: A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
