Responsibilities

Assist guests through the purchase process from start to finish ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free! Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers Work hand in hand with our Parts and Service departments to achieve a smooth and satisfactory customer experience Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers Work side by side with a veteran Floor Manager throughout the sales process Receive training from a collection of senior managers and sales resources to achieve success out on the sales floor Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers Stay up to date and follow up with all customers using a state of the art CRM so you never lose touch with them Stay up-to-date with our brands, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base Perform other related duties as assigned
