The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about powersports vehicles and have a knack for interacting with customers in a helpful manner. This position is a commission-based career, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and make an awesome living! Responsibilities + Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free! + Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales. + Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers. + Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans. + Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques. + Follow a well-structured sales process (that works!) + Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions. + Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base. + Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Requirements + Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles). + Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills. + Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry. + Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and overtime. + Attention to detail and organized. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked. + Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps. + Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required. + Punctuality is key.
