Your Role at Delta Faucet: 
As a Sales Program Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing trade selling programs through reporting, analysis, and insight generation that drives sales growth. This position requires collaboration with channel sales, information systems, marketing, and finance teams to develop, maintain, and enhance these programs. You will engage with customers and agencies at a strategic level, ensuring Delta's trade programs are effectively invested to achieve market success. A core responsibility of this role is reporting on sales goals to track and support performance. 

Responsibilities: 

Trade Program Implementation: Implement trade programs including rebates, pricing programs, Diamond Club, and KPIs. Proactively identify budget optimization opportunities to elevate P&L performance. 

Key Account Support: Establish relationships with business teams to find opportunities for analytic insights and process improvements. Provide customized sales reports and ad-hoc reporting for buying groups meetings, top-to-tops, and regional/segment views. 

Analytics: Combine and analyze data from multiple sources (SAP, Azure, Databricks, Salesforce) to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making.  

Business Intelligence: Generate efficiencies by automating reports using PowerQuery and PowerBI. Build compelling visualizations and dashboards with strong UX and UI. 

Data Management and Governance: Ensure appropriate data management and governance to maintain data integrity. 

 

Qualifications: 

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in analytics, business intelligence, sales program management or a related field 

Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerBI, PowerQuery, DAX, SQL, Excel and data analysis 

Strategic Insight: Advanced problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive business strategy  

Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage profitability and sales goals 

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Hiring Range: $72,300.00 - $113,630.00
