Four Hands is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our sales initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve customer-impacting problems, track deliverables, and ensure the success of our sales programs. You will assist in aligning go-to-market strategies, preparing presentation materials, organizing sales assets, and contributing to trade show preparations. This position requires adaptability and strong communication skills. 

This position is expected to start January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.

In This Role\nCollaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers \nAssist with tracking program deliverables, milestones, and action items  \nHelp identify required activities to successfully drive sales programs, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place  \nBe open to changing priorities and adapt quickly to new information or requirements \nCollaborate with Sales Management and Product Marketing team to align strategy, segmentation and go-to-market tactics with sales activities  \nAssist building presentation materials for both internal teams and stakeholders \nEnsure quality and timely submission of program deliverables\nRegularly update team members or leaders about project progress, challenges, and changes \nHandle proprietary information with care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and protocols \nAssist with Trade Show preparation, customer visits and organization of sales assets \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team    \nOther duties as assigned by Management \n

The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing \nExperience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) \nPrevious internship experience is a plus \nDetail-oriented, organized and proactive \nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects  \nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nExperience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required \n
