Sales Proposal Coordinator

This Sales Proposal Coordinator role ensures effective collaboration with the Proposal team, supports Account Managers in meeting business objectives, and drives sales growth through digital engagement and customer satisfaction. Acting as the voice of the customer within Emerson, you will support the transition to digital self-service while maintaining a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Coordinate Proposals: Collaborate closely with the Proposal team at the Center of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely quotes, aligning with customer needs and project requirements; Drive Sales Growth: Grow sales within your assigned territory by managing existing accounts and acquiring new ones, utilizing digital tools to achieve sales targets; Foster Digital Integration: Actively encourage customers to transition to digital self-service platforms, articulating the benefits and supporting implementation plans; Support Account Managers: Provide proposal and project pursuit support, including participation in BID clarification meetings and developing proposals in collaboration with operations and the Proposal team; Engage Digitally: Utilize digital platforms and tools to engage with customers, assist with product selection, provide application support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Proven sales experience, preferably in technical or automation-related industries; Curiosity about technology and innovation, with the ability to work effectively in a technical environment; Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building abilities, and a customer-focused attitude; Proficiency in English and Dutch; Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce strategies, and CRM tools;

 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience in managing proposal processes and supporting account managers in project pursuits; Strong persuasion and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate value propositions effectively; A proactive approach to acquiring new accounts and driving digital engagement with customers.; A passion for learning and growing within a collaborative team environment.
