Job DescriptionMan-Mapping customer quality contacts and 1st-level customer support for quality topics                Managing claims handling, IQIS registration & forwarding to investigation point                 Coordinate on sorting actions: 0-Km-complaint/ self complaint/ OT-stock at customer                Perform defined quality projects with customer (e.g. S&C-reduction,.., etc.)                Perform active launch support acc. SQW process description                Prepare & develop specific customer reporting (e.g. 0-mileage / field / launch report, delta warranty decision, specific target reporting)                Negotiation of warranty reimbursements and support of negotiations of general terms and conditions (e.g., warranty, quality) and agreement with customer                Support commercial handling of warranty costs aligned with SCC                Supporting GCT / RCT and EO/SO-team regarding quality & warranty topics (e.g. acquisition phase, MBM, global network, customer requirements)                Consulting, training and documentation of customer and regional processes (e.g. towards GB)            Documentation and training for customer specific and regional required procedures. Enter customer requirements (SQAM) into CRS system and ensure completion of requirements evaluation                 Support SQW Customer Manager                Support for daily activity Quality Management System (ISO) and preparation periodical audit , improvement, and implementation.          

QualificationsBachelor Degree major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering                Has 5 years working experience                Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred).                 Strong communication and negotiation skills                IATF requirement, problem solving, 8D, FMEA, customer management skill                Technical Knowledge in Automotive is preferable
