We are looking for a talented, experienced Sales Recruiter to join us in helping ramp our Enterprise sales organization. The Sales Recruiter will partner with our growing Sales and Customer Success teams and continuously develop a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.  Acting as an extension of the sales function, you will partner with executive sales leadership and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organization in a hyper-growth environment.
What will you be responsible for? Source, screen and hire sales professionals Have conversations with top candidates when screening them for a job and cultural fit and sell them on what we have to offer Design and implement recruitment strategies Develop a Content Strategy to Promote Zycus's Employer Brand Leverage Social Media to source right candidates Be a Talent Advisor and act as a strategic talent thought partner
