Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions; post openings on various platformsResearch and suggest new recruiting strategiesSource candidates for diverse roles proactivelyManage relationships with external recruiters and internal hiring managersSchedule interviews and enhance screening processesConduct phone and in-person interviewsCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, and check in during their initial monthsAttend recruitment events and career fairs

Requirements:
