The Role

To enable our continued trajectory as one of the world’s fastest growing Cyber Security vendors, we are seeking a dedicated, creative and tenacious Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (sourcer) to join our hands-on recruitment team supporting business leaders across North America.

You will be responsible for attracting and securing outstanding Enterprise Field Sales candidates to work at Proofpoint.  In this role, you will be expected to identify, attract, and convert potential candidates into hires for sales roles at Proofpoint, all while providing an excellent candidate experience. With a focus on multiple verticals and customer sizes, this person will work closely with senior and principal recruiters to align on candidate skills and experience requirements to ensure alignment and effective sourcing.

this role requires 3 days a week in the Sunnyvale office.

Your day-to-day

Targeted sourcing for various sales positions across North America.Effective “seller” of the Proofpoint business to prospective candidatesPartner with recruiters and hiring managers in defining a recruitment strategy to source the best talent based on the business needs and goalsPartner with HR colleagues and stakeholders on HR programs and hiring initiativesIdentify, attract and hire high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruitment sourcing programs and strategiesCommunicate recruiting activity, challenges and results with hiring managers, recruiters, and the talent acquisition leadership teamReport on sourcing outputs, metrics, and prospect pipelinesLeverage ATS (Workday Recruit) and LinkedIn Recruiter for and candidate sourcing, organization, and communications

What you bring to the team

1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales sourcing and attraction methods, targeting talented sales executives within the technology sector, preferably in security, SaaS or InfrastructureProven ability to project manage multiple concurrent search assignmentsDemonstrate understanding of recruiter and hiring managers’ needs and identifying ‘A player’ sales talentExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to deliver a compelling vision and opportunity to prospective candidatesCollaborative, customer focused, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced result-oriented environmentProven track record of delivering recruitment assignments to tight timescalesExperience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruit); Process-orientated and good attention to detailInfluential stakeholder and candidate management skills, including ability to manage internal leadership expectationsUncompromising desire to create an outstanding candidate experience

The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 90,075.00 - 132,110.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 72,825.00 - 106,810.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 66,600.00 - 97,680.00 USD
