Job Description
Working with the UK and US Customers Sales/Renewals teams
Maintain customer accounts and relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins and address issues.
Identify new sales opportunities.
Monitor contract expirations and manage renewals.
Prepare and negotiate renewal proposals.
Provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries.
Collaborate with support teams.
Track sales and renewal metrics.
Analyze data for trends and growth opportunities.
Work with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or renewals
High level of interest in the IoT space
Excitement around growing a sales career Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Strong German proficiency
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Experience working with US and UK customers
Customer Success Experience
Work experience using German with customers
