Sales Rep

Volt is immediately hiring for a Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA.

\r\n\r\n

As a Sales Rep, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.\r\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.\r\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.\r\n\tConduct regular sales visits to clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.\r\n\tPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.\r\n\tMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.\r\n\tAchieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.\r\n\tProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.\r\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.\r\n\tAttend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business field preferred.\r\n\t2+ years of sales experience is preferred\r\n\tAbility to travel up to 25% including overnight travel\r\n\tDemonstrated experience selling in the industrial food and beverage industry\r\n\tStrong understanding of food plant sanitation protocols\r\n\tFamiliar with what SQF or BRC is helpful but not necessary\r\n\tProven effectiveness in prospecting, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations\r\n\tDemonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships\r\n\tHigh achievement orientation; driven to perform and grow\r\n\tStrong consultation, negotiation, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills\r\n\tExcellent oral and written communication skills\r\n\tAbility to understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to fulfill customer needs\r\n\tProfessionally developed sales and territory management skills\r\n\tMust possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.\r\n\tAbility to perform technical/mechanical on-site testing\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
