Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Reporting Financial Analyst in the Import/Export industry, based in Newport Beach, California. As a Sales Reporting Financial Analyst, you will be expected to efficiently handle large volumes of sales data, analyze trends, and update financial records using various software systems. Responsibilities: • Analyze sales trends to provide insightful reports • Maintain and update financial sheets with the most recent sales data • Use Excel formulas and Tableau to process and organize sales data • Ensure accurate reporting of sales figures • Utilize accounting software systems for financial analysis • Handle backlogs of sales reports diligently • Leverage Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and spreadsheets Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Import/Export industry • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential • Demonstrated ability to use Tableau for data visualization and analysis • Advanced knowledge of Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel is required • Experience with Financial Reporting is a must • Ability to create, manage, and analyze Spreadsheets efficiently • Strong Financial Analysis skills are necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
