Sales Representative, Northern Europe

Position Summary:

Manages sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area (Northern Europe), and/or vertical market Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues delivering on Rieke business objectives to improve short and long term sales and earnings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs sales activities on all assigned accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Director.Responsible for specified growth targets in their assigned territory with new and existing clientsDevelops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products related to relevant sales area.Adhere to all sales policies, practices and procedures.Deploy sales strategies to improve market share in area of responsibility.Provide input to Sales Director in the development of the annual sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).Provide input into sales objectives and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products for area of responsibility.Management of any assigned accounts.
Ensure client issues are fully documented and address customer concerns.Take customer calls and email inquiries, enter and prioritize work orders, solve customer concerns, manage customer inventory and provide feedback to internal and external customers Handle customers in difficult situations in a professional timely manner.Provide excellent customer service, follow up accordingly proving explanations on a timely manner.Attends sales team meetings.Collaborate with other employees by providing important customer feedback, process-improvement suggestions and new product opportunities.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Provides succession pipeline for more senior roles.Works actively on assigned teams if required for Rieke major accounts.
