Job Summary:
Based on company’s strategy, work to expand and maximize sales of brands; Negotiate and communicate with distributers to ensure that the our brands(PARKER、WATERMAN、rOtring、Sharpie、Elmer’s and etc,) are introduced and deployed at retailers under optimal conditions.
Job Duties:
To build relationships with the customers and expand sales by catch the needs of customers and respond to them with integrity. Sales management to achieve goals. Propose products and sales methods based on customer specific sales data. Regular business meeting with customers Sales data management and analysis Research market and competitor information Propose and execute in-store events as well as support sales at retail front at in store fair and PUP UP store. Regular reporting to internally, planning and executing annual sales plan Develop new distributors In addition to existing stores, research potential customers to sell EC sales strategy Train promoters including brand and product
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 3 years of consumer goods sales experience to consumers through distributors, wholesales or retail store Head office sales experience of volume seller
