We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative based in Winnipeg.

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of fiberglass and thermoplastic product industry. This role offers high earning potential with uncapped commission, ideal for motivated individuals seeking high earning potential.

We are looking for a hunter-type sales personality with high energy and the ability to open doors. The sales representative will be responsible for generating new business across Canada, ensuring a high level of successful closings and meeting sales targets. 

Sales Representative responsibilities: Follow up on provided leads through calls or Microsoft Teams meetings to close deals. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Analyze territory and market potential, track sales and provide status reports Provide management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products Achieve sales targets as set out by management Manage time effectively, meet goals, and work cooperatively with team members Follow company policies and procedures Maintain high levels of accuracy with tasks and reports Proactively improve and expand the functions of the position Be aware of contributions to product safety, legality, and quality requirements Provide suggestions to increase efficiencies and cut costs The successful candidate has:  Great Phone and video call presence Minimum of 5 years of sales experience Strong attention to detail High level of integrity, trust, and ethics Accountability and awareness of occupational health and safety Compensation and benefits: Discussed annual salary is $85,000. Structure to be discussed, with uncapped commission and guaranteed commission for the first year. Comprehensive benefits package Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
