Sales Representative
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Representative. The main function of this role is to support the sales team in a fast-paced sports media industry. The workplace will involve both independent and collaborative work. Responsibilities: • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services. • Set up appointments for the sales team by qualifying leads. • Use various tools to gather, refine, and maintain lead data. • Update and manage our CRM system with newly acquired leads. • Research and identify new business opportunities. • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing according to importance and deadlines. • Maintain a detail oriented and success driven approach throughout daily high-volume calling. • Collaborate with the team while also being able to work independently. • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in conjunction with CRM software. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Call Center industry. • Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems. • Demonstrable ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships. • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Track record of achieving sales quotas. • Proficiency in Office Suite software. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • High school diploma; BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field would be a plus.
