We are searching for a sales professional to conduct our sales activities and fulfill business targets in specific region, through multiple channels such as operators and distributors.

As the Sales Representative, you will advocate for fulfilling business targets, developing market, and solving problems with local partners.

 

About the Role

Identify new and existing operator accounts through customer prioritization and integration of data source to build account map Engage operators directly, follow company selling system from mapping, order, execution and close Plan and execute back of house product demonstrations & staff training at both operator and distributor Use company selling system and tools to develop, execute and record monthly call cycle on the CRM system Use system and tools to track effectiveness of sales approach through Vantage Manage complaints and quality issues as the first responder, logging, troubleshooting, escalating and closing in line with our business processes Manage and monthly review distributor and sub-distributor performance Identify gaps to target, develop and execute gap closure plan Ensure distributor initiatives are actioned and in place in line with customer growth plans Prepare the monthly distributor demand plan at sold to level

 

About You

1-3 years’ sales working experience [FMCG] Familiar with sales activities, include but not limited to sales planning, sales call, negotiation, prioritization and execution Understand selling of profitable mix to and through DT and to Operator Customer focused Drives results Being resilient Collaborates Ensures accountability
