Responsabilities:

Answering e-mails and calls from major customers. Search for new major customers (prospecting). Managing major customer projects (from tender to production) . Managing site problems and complaints from major customers . Surveying (estimating) small sewer and electrical projects for major customers. Updating the status of major client files in the system for major clients. Updating the status of occasional clients in the system. Participate in industry events. Participate in sales strategies for major client projects. Inform major customers about the company's sewer and electrical products, services and installation methods. Optimizing quotations.

Skills and qualifications :

More than 3 years experience in project management Knowledge of sewer and electrical products is an asset Experience as a contractor's project manager DEC required Bilingual is an asset Plan reading an asset Knowledge of computer tools Good communication and constant collaboration with various internal departments Maintaining relations with major clients Apply
