Sales Representative
Job Description A large Trailer Sales company is seeking a Trailer Sales Representative to join their team in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. The Trailer Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with core customers, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a growth mindset and a commitment to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCE) through teamwork and personal development. The primary area of responsibility includes Western Pennsylvania, with 50%-75% local travel within the territory and 25%-50% of the time spent working at the dealership. Key responsibilities include achieving gross profit target goals, prospecting, ensuring UCE, fostering teamwork, and promoting growth and development. Essential duties involve becoming an expert in the trailer industry through training, research, and factory visits; prospecting and visiting potential trailer customers; promptly communicating any issues to the Sales Manager; setting and reviewing sales goals; tracking monthly sales reports; and maintaining knowledge of competitors.
