Full-time professional sales individual whose objective is to gain new account business and manage sales activities. 10 years’ experience preferred with beverages in grocery, wholesale, foodservice and convenience store distribution.
Role Responsibilities and Scope:
· Build on current channel success; expand distribution by identifying and securing new accounts.
· Work directly with distributors and buyers to achieve company and customer’s objectives.
· Develop, implement and execute sales presentations to secure sales and distribution utilizing brand presentation materials and according to established pricing policies.
· Educate business partners and customers as to product’s point of difference.
· Motivate to achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution and revenue objectives through scheduled and unscheduled meetings, trade surveys and monthly reports.
Required Skills and Experience
· Must have current wholesale, grocery, foodservice & convenience store chain relationships.
· A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
· 10+ years’ experience preferred in a sales position in a beverage distribution environment
· Demonstrated ability to achieve results.
· Excellent analytical ability.
· Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales ability.
· Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
· Excellent communication skills, experiencing communication with all levels of an organization.
· High level of resilience, persistence and energy, self-motivated, positive and winning attitude.
· Attend trade shows and events as required. Able to travel. Clean background and driving record.
