**Job Title: Sales Representative** **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling service and maintenance contracts for plumbing and HVAC systems, primarily to commercial and industrial clients, with a small percentage of residential clients. The ideal candidate will spend 30% of their time in the office and 70% on the road and at customer sites. **Responsibilities** + Sell service and maintenance contracts for plumbing and HVAC systems. + Engage in business-to-business sales, primarily targeting commercial and industrial job sites. + Conduct cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities. + Meet with clients, provide site tours, and finalize contracts. + Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the construction or mechanical industry. + Strong coachability and willingness to learn. + Excellent driving record with no more than 2 points. + Ability to pass a drug test (marijuana included, DOT 7 panel). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + College diploma is a plus. + Understanding of service contracts and mechanical systems. + Knowledge of marketing strategies. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and dynamic team where your contributions are valued and rewarded.
