We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, and general knowledge of the building industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers that go above and beyond the sale of a product or service.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networkingBuild and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat businessUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsPrepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customersNegotiate and close sales deals in a timely mannerMeet or exceed sales targets and goalsPreferred qualifications:
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the insulation, garage doors or specialties industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent negotiation and closing skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience with electronic blueprint takeoffs and or a strong knowledge of computer systems
