We are looking for ambitious, career-minded people to join our team in an entry-level position, and grow within the company to eventually manage their own sales territory, or perhaps even move into a management position. Team up with a leader to make a difference! These positions are located in Fond du Lac, WI. JOB DUTIES: The Sales Representative will learn every aspect of our business, from operations to sales. The successful candidates will take part in a six to nine month training program, and will spend time developing skills in each of the following areas: + Operations + Administration and process flow + Account management The Sales Representative will gain a thorough understanding of the products and value-added services CTI provides to customers, making CTI a vital link in their supply chain. The Sales Representative will gain competencies in the key areas of our business: operations, order processing, quality, customer service, and sales, with an emphasis on selling skills. JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must have solid computer skills, with experience in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A Bachelor’s degree in business or sales/marketing is required. This individual must also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
