Overview

Develops and executes sales and customer engagement action plans in assigned territories for TDW Pigging Products & Services that achieve annual sales and booking targets.

Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Develops and executes sales and customer engagement action plans in assigned territories for TDW Products & Services that achieve annual sales and booking targets. Proactively identifies business opportunities and develops, negotiates, and closes commercial opportunities with new and existing customers.Establishes and maintains credible knowledge and data of the oil and gas pipeline market and competitor product/service offerings, pricing, delivery, technology, and actions. Ensures competitive information is communicated throughout the organization and recommends changes to maintain a competitive position.Maintains an accurate report of all sales activities and opportunities by updating CRM on a daily/weekly basis and as required and participates in weekly/bi-weekly sales meeting updates.Prepares all necessary reports and forecasts as requested by management in a timely and accurate manner.Liaise with Customer and TDW Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Legal teams.Willing to travel up to 50%.

Skills

Relates well to people at all levels; good, persuasive communication skills (written, oral and listening).Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate commercial, marketing & technical information to all levels.Proficient in the use of computers, CRM (e.g. SalesForce, MS Office capabilities at the Intermediate Level)

Experience

Minimum of three years’ sales experience with solution-oriented selling.Sales leadership preferred but not requiredEnergy industry experience preferred but not requiredWilling to travel up to 50% required.Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
