Silvercrest is looking for a professional, motivated, career minded salesperson to sell our beautiful, manufactured homes.\n

FLSA Status: Exempt\n

Summary Sells manufactured homes products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nContacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.\nCalls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.\nDemonstrates products and points out salable features.\nAnswers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.\nCompletes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.\nPromotes products at trade shows and conferences.\n\n

Competencies\n\nMust be motivated.\nMust be able to provide a high level of customer service.\nMust have strong interpersonal skills.\nMust be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance.\nMust have strong attention to detail.\nMust live the Champion Operating Principles\n\n

Qualifications \n\nBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nSales experience desired\nManufactured housing industry experience desired\n\n
