Sales Representative | INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!! 

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ, but will cover all of NJ (e.g., Newark, Middlesex) 

Salary: $60K base + commission (potential to earn $75K+ in the first year) 

Commission: $10-15K annually, with potential for additional earnings 

Travel: Weekly travel to Mount Laurel and various NJ locations 

Responsibilities: 

On-the-road sales, bringing samples to builders, architects, and tile shops. Bringing materials to the store. Following up on accounts in different areas. Responsible for getting their own accounts. Initial support with a handful of accounts to build confidence. Breaking into new territories (Maryland, Virginia, NJ). Follow-ups with clients. Building relationships with clients. Demonstrating new products as they come in. 

Requirements: 

Experience: Open to entry-level candidates, including college graduates. Skills: Autonomous work style. Cold calling. Scheduling appointments. Road days. Bi-monthly debriefs on meetings. Other: Must be able to meet in Mount Laurel weekly. Must be willing to travel across NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
