The Sales Representative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for promote and sell the complete line of Dx products to customers under direct responsibilities; also to explore new business opportunities in Taiwan; work closely as a team together with other sales consultants, specialists, service engineers and CAS members so as to achieve Taiwan’s annual sales targets
This position is part of the BCT-Dx located in Taipei, Taiwan and will be onsite. You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter - Diagnostics - Selling & Marketing - Field Sales - Sales Force - PROTEOME LAB and report to the Joyce Lee responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and exploring new business opportunities in Taiwan. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Achieve the volume and unit targets in assigned territory Maintain and expand customers bases in the assigned territory Work out account development plans and implement them Submit weekly activity plan, call plan and monthly forecast on time Maintain a cooperative working relationship with internal departments to settle account problems and to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain and develop customer relationship with Beckman Coulter to generate business opportunity
The essential requirements of the job include:
Education – Degree or Equivalent in Life Science or Health Care
Experience – Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in a Life Science or Health Care in an international organization
Ability to demonstrate top tier selling and customer handling skills and illustrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to manage key sales accounts within product range or assigned district, pursue prospects promote products and offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge in Life Science
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and software used in clinical laboratories.
Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients.
