Why Honda Oxnard: As an innovative and highly respected leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for driven, diligent, thorough, and EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. + We are a high-volume location selling an average of 220 new and used vehicles per month. + Competitive pay plans - Min commission is 25% + bi-weekly bonuses. + New & used inventory in STOCK. + Can sell ‘New or Pre- Owned.’ + No excessive packs + Not a ‘flooded floor’ Qualifications: + 1-2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership Sales/Sales experience REQUIRED. + Open to ALL brand experience. + CDK/ADP experience is a PLUS. + The ideal candidate must have a powerful desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills. + Ability to build rapport with clients. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $68,640.00 to $161,736.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
