Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories seeks a Sales Representative for their Sales department responsible for marketing, sells, and promotes the organization’s services to existing and prospective clients to enhance the company’s growth and expansion and increase net revenue. Develops and maintains client satisfaction. Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory. Responsibilities include:

 

Assesses and communicates changes to sales director market dynamics including competitor changes, industry trends, and payor trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. 

Education:

Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience using the standard of 2 years’ experience equals one year of education. Preferred: Healthcare or business related Bachelor’s Degree.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid class “C” California Driver’s License and verification of acceptable driving record from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum: Proficient in MS Windows environment; MS Word and MS Excel; Operational  knowledge of data entry and databases. Preferred: Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.

Years of Related Work Experience:

Minimum: A minimum of 3 years related experience in a sales, customer service, or technical field.
