Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to promote our home care services to potential clients, families, and community organizations. Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, senior centers, hospitals, and other community resources to generate referrals and establish partnerships. Conduct Presentations and Outreach: Represent our agency at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings, effectively communicating our mission and services. Client Consultations: Meet with prospective clients and their families to understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them through our service options. Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and provide regular reports on sales and community outreach activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. A compassionate, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help others. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
